1. Summary:
The SJHG20 series High Pressure machine is that our company follows the international’s advanced technological products, The Main parts are imported from foreign countries, technical and safety performance of the equipment has reached the advanced level of the same product of the same period abroad.
We design our machine following the principle of combining technology and technique , for to meet the demand of "Best Practice" "Plug & Play”, all of the machine’s parts and module are installed on one frame, which requests much shorter pipes and saves the loss of pressure during the production process,which can ensure the flow meter accuracy and operation life. As well as,improve the safety of technology and quality of finished products.
The SJHG20 High pressure machine has 1 POLY tank and 1 ISO tank, and two metering units drive by independent variable frequency motors, through changing the metering pumps’ rotating speed to change the pumps’ output, which can execute the control both open-loop and close-loop. This kind of machine is specially used in the polyurethane pouring products.

2.9 Working pressure limit and control system

Both polyol and isocyanate components working pressure are allowed in a range of 6~22Mpa. Whenever the working pressure exceeds the range, the pouring operation will be stopped automatically and an alarm message of “ working pressure abnormality “ will be displayed on control panel at the same time.

The limit pressure of the metering pump is pre- settled as 25Mpa and with mechanical & electrical safety protection:
---- Mechanical protection: the safety valve overflows when pressure reaches 25Mpa;
---- Electrical protection: when the pressure reaches the pre-setted dangerous level ,the metering unit automatic stops, and send out the audio alarm, meanwhile a message of “pump over pressure” will display on panel screen.
The POLY. metering pump’s pre-pressure protection is pre-set as 0.25Mpa, and the ISO. Metering pump pre-pressure protection is pre-set as 0.15Mpa. Whenever the pre-pressure is lower than the pre-setted value, the metering unit automatic stops, and send out the audio alarm,meanwhile a message of “pump pre-pressure is too low” will display on panel screen.
2.9 Components flow output control and testing units
According to pumps’ delivery rate and the components’ mixture ratio technological requirement,
In pours in the procedure separately to establish two components the related parameters ; The two metering units are drived by two independent motors , and the flow out is adjustable while change the motor rotating speed;The coordinate metering pump adjustment handwheel and each one manual set valve separately carry on the adjustment to two components flowmeters parameter. Pertaining to components output flow automatic regulation and control through the use of the frequency converter or the servo controller.
2.10 Component Flters
Two components are equiped with meshy filter separately, and the filters’ precision reaches 330¦Ìm.It is requested to clean the filter on time and we recommend to replace the filter regularly so as to ensure the high precision.
--- The outlet part of filter equips with the digital pressure switch, which can protect the metering pump.

2.12 High pressure mixing head
Mixing head :1 piece
L-shaped automatic cleaning mixing head, produced with Korean’s DUT technical, adopts the special needle adjustable pouring nozzle.In order to make sure the high quality mixing performance ,adopts the V-shaped injector nozzle, thus the material are mixed from two different directions.

2.14 High/Low Pressure Recirculation Switch-over Unit
Hydraulis cobtrol,controls two components to be high, the low pressure circulation cut, causes the components to from the low energy consumption circulation.
A 4V210-08 pneumatic solenoid valve controls the high and low pressure circulation switchover of the 2 measurement units separately.
